We offer a written lifetime, transferable warranty on our work.  We guarantee that if settlement of that portion of the foundation where our pilings have been installed ever settles within one (1) part in three hundred sixty (360) parts (1” settlement in 30’ horizontal span) that we will correct that area at no expense to the owner.
