What
is the difference between a pier and

A pier and beam foundation is one that is supported by

types of foundations.
Why
is Hy-Tech's system better than other
types of foundation repair?
Our system has many pluses including no heavy equipment in
the yard to damage lawns and shrubs,
minimal damage to existing landscaping,
no mixing or pouring of concrete, no
waiting for concrete to cure, and it is
quick, clean, and efficient.
In addition, we offer a lifetime,
transferable warranty on our work.
We can offer this warranty
because our system has a track record of
minimal need for foundation releveling.
Does
my homeowner's insurance cover repairs?
If you have a plumbing leak your homeowner’s insurance
may cover part of the repairs.
You will need to consult with
your insurance representative to
determine if they cover plumbing leaks
and subsequent foundation settlement. If after inspection we suspect a plumbing leak maybe causing
the settlement, we will let you know to
contact your representative. |
