Creating a Base Line Drawing for your Home

Hy-Tech Foundation Repair, Inc. will send a Technician to your home to create a complete drawing and shoot Compu-Level Elevation Readings.  This would provide you with a Reference Point or Base Line for your foundation. 

If, at some time in the future, your home shows signs of settlement (i.e. cracks in brick or sheetrock or sticking doors), Hy-Tech would use that “base” reading to assist in returning your house to it’s original level state.

The cost for the Hy-Tech No Problem Service is $149.50  If future foundation repair is necessary, Hy-Tech will deduct the service fee from the total repair price.
