Hy-Tech
Foundation Repair, Inc.
uses the original Perma Pile system of
foundation repair.
This system is the revolutionary
change in foundation repairs.
Research began in the early
1980’s to develop a foundation repair
system that would provide homeowner’s
with relief from the expansive clay
soils that are abundant in the Gulf
Coast area.
This system allows us to give a
lifetime, transferable warranty.
The Perma Pile system uses
precast concrete cylinders 6” diameter
by 12” in length.
|
These cylinders are hydraulically
driven, one on top of the other, under
the foundation beam until total refusal
is reached.
These driven cylinders are called
pilings.
Total refusal means that the
cylinders have reached strata capable of
holding the load.
After all pilings have been
installed, then we level the home.
The
levelness of the home is
determined by the use of a
Compu-Level
along with our experience in
leveling homes.
This computer level takes
elevation readings of the
foundation to determine the
elevations of the foundation.
The foundation is returned to as
near its original horizontal
position as possible without
creating new damage.
These readings are kept on file
for future reference for your
warranty.
